TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is planning a trip to Thailand and is inquiring about entry requirements given their vaccination status. Currently, a negative PCR test is required prior to arrival, and it is uncertain what the rules will be by December. There is some discussion about varying airline policies regarding vaccination, and users suggest that the situation may change over time. One comment clarifies that travelers can enter without a visa and stay visa-exempt for 30 days.
I thought I had read that and I should have said I fully understand things are ever changing just so I can decide what to do and what is the visa requirement for 3-4 weeks?
December is a long time away. No one knows what will be the case then. Currently you would only need a negative PCR test 72 hours prior to arrival. What will be the rule then is just speculation.
