Hi, quick question about Resident Certificate

1. Am i still able to walkin after 1pm? Anyone know their operating hours?

2. Is online queue registration needed? because i can’t find Residence Certificate option (picture below)

3. Chaengwattana or MuangThongThani ?

4. Still 200 baht ?
