TLDR : Answer Summary
The person recently obtained a retirement visa in Thailand and is seeking information on how to acquire a certificate of residence and a multiple re-entry permit, including their costs. Responses indicate that the multiple re-entry permit costs approximately 3800 THB, and a residency certificate may cost around 500 THB, provided the TM30 registration is confirmed with the Immigration Office.

The multiple re-entry permit costs you 3800B from your Immigration Office who will also sell you a residency certificate (for 500B?) if your TM30 is registered with them.
