Hi, I left Thailand in January 2022 and haven’t been back since. At the time I was on an education visa but I did not get this cancelled before I left. The education visa expired on 22nd September 2022. I am planning a 3 week trip back to Thailand in November this year, so I am hoping to use the 30 day visa waiver as I am a UK passport holder. Will I have any problems, because I did not cancel my Education Visa when I left Thailand in January 2022?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user left Thailand with an expired education visa that was not cancelled. They plan to return for a 3-week trip and are concerned about using the 30-day visa waiver. Responses indicate that entering Thailand under the visa exemption for a short trip should not pose a problem, despite the expired education visa.
You shouldn't have any issue about comin' in visa exempt with that uncancelled ED extension in your passport.
Now if you were going to get a new ED visa or other long stay visa it MIGHT cause you troubles but a 3 week trip here on a free visa exempt entry isn't gonna be a problem
