Why do Education Visas need to be formally canceled before exiting the country. The visas automatically cancel themselves when they expire, right? 🤔🤷‍♂️ Any consequences for exiting and not formally canceling?
Answer summary
Education visas in Thailand must be formally canceled before exiting the country to avoid complications, despite the assumption that they automatically cancel upon expiration. Failure to do so may result in unfavorable immigration records, future visa issues, or penalties.
