I have a question about high speed internet in rural areas.
I am considering a move to a rural area of Cha-am. I should be able to get some type of internet service but I am not sure if an actual "high speed" service will be available.
Have any of you had any experience with getting FAST internet service in rural Thailand? Any particular companies that you could recommend?
Thanks in advance.
TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion revolves around finding high-speed internet options in rural Cha-am, Thailand. Users shared their experiences predominantly with 3BB, which is highly recommended for its reliable services and competitive speeds. Installations typically cost around 2-3k Thai Baht, and a yearly subscription is common. Some users have encountered difficulties with availability at specific locations, prompting suggestions for providers like TRUE and KSC, which may offer internet options where 3BB and AIS cannot.
