TLDR : Answer Summary
A user in Prasat wonders if it's possible to get both True TV and Sky TV without internet. Comments suggest that Sky TV is not typically available in Asia, but various alternatives such as Android boxes, Amazon Fire Stick, and streaming apps like Kodi are mentioned for accessing UK TV channels. However, the lack of internet poses a challenge, as many of these solutions require a connection. Some users discussed their experiences with local internet options and how they were able to get connections even in rural areas.
