What are my chances of obtaining a DTV via the worcation route with a newly founded LLC that has no income?

How high do you think the chances are to get the DTV going via the worcation route if the company (LLC) has just been founded and has not produced any income yet?

And what should be stated in the application?

Business is starting anew and I had no income in the last year. Lived off my savings and have a few times more than the required funds to prove.

I'd prefer to take the realistic route via the worcation option as that's what's going to be my income and reality for the next years, rather than a soft power route, which would feel more like a setup just to get the visa.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The chances of obtaining a DTV (Digital Nomad Visa) through the worcation route with a newly founded LLC that has not yet produced income may vary. Key factors include demonstrating stable income from sources outside the new company, as well as sufficient savings to meet the visa application requirements. While applicants in cities like London have had success with similar situations, it may be more challenging in locations such as Taipei, which necessitate evidence of income. Thus, presenting a solid financial background and being realistic about the expectations of the visa application process are crucial.

If you can show you have stable income outside of the new company you have a chance, but its not the safest.

I applied with a new contract where k need to get my own clients before sny pay, but i showed other income and got approved

Zero chance in the Taipei and Vietnam, maybe some european embassy like London can. Maybe I can help.

Depends where you apply, similar businesses have been approved in London but Taipei requires evidence of income. Having substantial savings is a major plus.
