90-day Reporting question
When we go to a hotel they register a TM30. Is it ok to use that hotel address for our 90-day reporting even if that’s not our primary residence? Else the landlord has to submit a new TM30 every time we go to a hotel.
TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion revolves around the use of a hotel address for 90-day reporting in Thailand. It appears that it is acceptable to use your registered permanent address for the report even if you have stayed at a hotel, according to some users. Changes in policy suggest that a new TM30 does not need to be filed every time you check in to a hotel, but experiences vary by immigration office. Some users report being required to submit a new TM30 upon returning from brief travels, while others confirm that continuity at the registered address is often sufficient for compliance.
