When I purchased my Condo in Cha-Am in 2018 I registered the address as my residence with Thai Immigration in Cha-Am. Am I required to notify Thai Immigration of the same address every time I re-enter Thailand?

TLDR : Answer Summary
When you re-enter Thailand, it may be necessary to notify Thai Immigration of your address if you're staying in a property registered under a TM30 form. The house owner or 'house master' is obligated to submit this form within 24 hours of your arrival. However, practices can vary by local immigration offices. It is advisable to contact your local immigration office to confirm their requirements regarding address registration upon re-entry.

OKay, I just deleted almost everything off this thread because what we're NOT getting into is a pissing match on whether you do or don't file a new TM30 when you re-enter the country even if you're going back to an address where you had one filed.
I don't care what immigrations told bangkok post or anything like that. SOME offices want you to file a new TM30 when you come back into the country from abroad. Period, end of story BUT
Some don't
Check with your immigration office to find out what way they want it done and do that.

The best and only answer is, contact your local Immigration Office how they want you to report your address.
Good luck

The 'House master' or owner is required by law to submit a tm30 with 24 hours of your arrival, so Yes
