*Applying for DTV in Ho Chi Minh two weeks from today*

I’m self employed and I do business consulting and brand management for different types of businesses, but i have service agreements with each client signed by me under my business name.

What are the best practices for including client contracts?

Also how should i show my personal income? Should it be my LLC paying me as an employee or do bank statements for 6 months suffice?

I have the bank statements but I really don’t want to deal with back and forth of requesting more documents.

I know the self employment can be a little wonky some places

All help appreciated, this is my first visa ever so I’m nervous😅

TLDR : Answer Summary
The applicant is seeking advice on best practices for including client contracts and demonstrating personal income as a self-employed individual while applying for a visa in Thailand. Recommendations include writing a cover letter that explains the self-employed status, attaching client contracts or invoices (with confidentiality measures if necessary), and including business registration documents. The individual is unsure whether to show income via LLC payroll or bank statements, expressing concern over additional documentation requests during this process.

Write a cover letter with the explanation you just gave regarding your business and self-employed status, and attach 1-2 sample contracts and perhaps invoices. If concerned about confidentiality, can redact client names. Also consider attaching business registration document as this seems to be asked for. Compile all as a single pdf to submit as only one document can be uploaded per question (at least during initial application).

Every application is unique and you will have to use Evisa.
