What are the requirements for document translation when applying for a DTV visa in Thailand?

Hi guys this possibly had been asked in the past but whilst the amount of post and each situation vary from person to person I’m asking here just in case..

I applied for a DTV and I just got an answer today that they basically want me to re upload the whole file.

I applied as a remote worker ( i work for a company)

Key information; I applied from Vietnam and I am French

I saw on other forums and such that the file should be

for each upload seperated

- identity files

- contracts/ work proofs and such

- bank statements and such.

I uploaded the file in French because I saw they don’t want it to be modified and such and I thought it was better to upload original files but I realize that was stupid since I’m applied through Vietnam and there’s no French speaker lol ( I guess I was overwhelmed with everything bc I didn’t think about that at the time or just thought that sending originals was more important for them)

My question is, for people who applied, did you put for each document a copy of it translated?

Or can I put annotations on the documents to explain which doucement is what ?

Or is there another way I don’t know ?
