What should I do if I received duplicate document requests for my visa application in Thailand?
Was asked to submit April bank screenshot (Manila) on the 24th at 2pm, submitted it on the same day at 3pm. Just got another email asking for the exact same thing on 25th at 2pm but the portal doesn't have "document request" or anyplace to upload documents this time and instead changed to a yellow "pending approval". Was that 2nd email an error or something?
Answer summary
Many users are reportedly experiencing duplicate document requests from the immigration portal. It appears to be a system glitch, with similar issues noted by others who have received multiple requests for the same document after their initial submission. If you find yourself in this situation, it's likely that the request is an error, and your initial submission may still be under review.
