Was asked to submit April bank screenshot (Manila) on the 24th at 2pm, submitted it on the same day at 3pm. Just got another email asking for the exact same thing on 25th at 2pm but the portal doesn't have "document request" or anyplace to upload documents this time and instead changed to a yellow "pending approval". Was that 2nd email an error or something?
