I am on a non-B extension. Currently registered (with yellow house book) in my wife's house.
If I permanently move to an apartment, would I be obliged to change my address with the immigration office? Or can I stay at my new apartment and keep my wife's house as my official address without canceling the house book registration?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is currently on a NON-B extension visa and is registered at their wife's residence. They are inquiring whether they must update their address with the immigration office if they move to a new apartment while continuing to be registered at their wife's address. A commenter notes that a TM30 change of address must be filed within 24 hours if the user moves to a new location.
if he wants to keep his current address, he has to file a tm30 for his stay at his new apartment...if he wants change his address to the new apartment, he has to file a tm28, is this right?
