I am on a non-B extension. Currently registered (with yellow house book) in my wife's house.

If I permanently move to an apartment, would I be obliged to change my address with the immigration office? Or can I stay at my new apartment and keep my wife's house as my official address without canceling the house book registration?

if he wants to keep his current address, he has to file a tm30 for his stay at his new apartment...if he wants change his address to the new apartment, he has to file a tm28, is this right?

no. Almost all immigration offices got rid of the TM28.

I didn't go through with the job change. I am currently working with the visa and WP in order.

when you do move ... Your landlord is to file the new TM30.

sorry to hear that....yes you will have to file a new TM30 as you have a new address.

Does your job provide you with Thai work permit?

Or are you retired using the 400,000 annual extension of stay as married to Thai?
