Hi

I'm moving out of my condo into a friend's condo to save money and have a kitchen. (She's away).

I'm wondering what I have to do about tm30?

I know Usually landlord does this but I think because it's a residents only building and I'm on a tourist visa plus the virus stress, my friend doesn't want them to know I'm there in case they ask me to leave.

File TM30 is rule.

Are you planning to stay in Thailand and need another service from Thai Immigration?

If so...must file
