Hi, I had 30 days extension done once in local immigration. I currently on amnesty. Can I apply for a 60 days tourist visa in Thailand, before amnesty ended in 31th July .

Many thanks.

Summary so far

The consensus in the comments is that you cannot apply for a 60-day tourist visa while in Thailand on amnesty. Tourist visas are typically obtained from Thai consulates outside of Thailand, and these have been closed. You need to wait for official announcements regarding the options available for those whose amnesty period will end.

NO you cannot. Tourist visas are not sold in thailand, they are sold by thai consulates in other countries and are closed now.

If you are on amnesty you wait for the announcement the government makes about what amnesty holders do when it runs out and then do that..
