What should I know about re-entering Thailand on a Non O visa after a trip to Laos?

Anyone had any issues entering Thailand, visa exempt, via the 1st Friendship bridge at Nong Khai?

I am coming over in March, for just over 40 days, on a Non O 90 day visa, so that I can open a bank account ready for my permanent move.

My fiancee wants us to spend a few days in Laos.

I know my Non O visa will be cancelled as soon as I leave Thailand, being that they are single entry.

But I need to return, to finish my trip and catch my flight back home.

This would be my 1st visa exempt entry into Thailand.

Buy a re-entry permit to keep your original 90 day stamp “alive” when you return.
