I would like to ask if this is okay with the Thai Immigration regarding the timeline of my stay here in Thailand.
60days🇹🇠- (Dec. 2024-Jan. 2025)
2 Weeks🇵🇠- Mainland (Jan.)
60days🇹🇠- (Feb. - March)
3days🇲🇾 - Malaysia (March)
and I will go back again here in Thailand with my husband, who has a DTV. We (our infant) are still not under his DTV. Are they not going to hold us when we go back here again in Thailand?

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is inquiring about their travel schedule to Thailand and if it complies with immigration rules, given that their husband has a DTV visa. They express concern about potential issues at re-entry with their infant since they are not currently on the DTV. Community responses suggest applying for dependent DTVs for both the user and infant to avoid complications with immigration. There's also concern about stricter visa regulations and potential limitations on visa-free stays.
As many say, go for the DTV. I don't know when you're coming back or for how long, but they will probably revert to 30-day exemptions, and immigration is now strict with people using them for long stays.
As a mommy, I can't think of anything worse than getting stopped and interviewed by immigration with a baby. For peace of mind, I would recommend you get a dependant dtv for you and your baby. The cost of the visa is pretty good considering it lasts 5 years, allowing you the choice to live in Thailand or not. I know you've mentioned you haven't decided where to live, but this visa gives you that freedom to choose. Children are resilient and adaptable to their surroundings.
You may be able to get into Thailand next visit, you may not. But eventually the luck will run out and immigration will start asking questions

Nobody can give you an answer. They are quite strict these days. For peace of mind I'd recommend getting a spouse and dependant DTV each before travelling to Thailand would be a wise move
gave you... Get the DTV visa as a dependent spouse before you enter Thailand. Your husband will SPONSOR you... so essentially Just 10,000 Thai baht visa fee along with the requirements as spouse... Marriage certificate. Look at your Thai Embassy or Consulate website for their requirements.
See section 5c bottom left column of the graphic below.
I believe that...
You are NOT going to be able to enter Thailand without the correct Thai Visa. Avoid the questions from Thai Immigration Officers upon arrival...

Why have you and your child not yet applied for a DTV E–Visa at any Thai Embassy/Consulate under the DTV Dependents Category (since your husband already has a DTV Visa)??
as per agent its another payment if we will under to the DTV of my husband 🙈 we are still thinking if we will live here in Thailand with the infant or just stay in PH 🇵🇠as its my mainland so that our baby will not adjust to the surroundings 🥹

Anonymous participant You do not need an agent to get the dependent DTVs

Anonymous participant Your travel timeline doesn’t line up with this statement and immigration will see this as well. If not a DTV, at least get a tourist visa
