If you entered on an actual Tourist Visa which you paid before you flew into Thailand and were stamped for 60days, you are going to go to Chaengwattana Immigration office, Government Complex Building B.

, Sometimes people spell 'Chang Wattana' about main office in Bangkok. Also, there is no 'IT square in Lake SI' in Chiang Mai, it's in Bangkok.

In Bangkok, they don't usually ask for TM30 for tourism extension.
