Can I extend my stay in Phuket for an additional 14 days at the immigration office after receiving an entrance stamp?

Hi everyone, always not sure?

Traveling to Phuket and get entrances stamp at imagination,28 day stay. If I need to stay 14 days more can I just go to my local imagination office and pay 1900 by and get an extension?

you will get stamped in for 30 days on the visa exempt program and you can extend that for 30 more days at the immigration office for 1900baht
