I got my O-A visa yesterday 23 november and went online to submit COE request showing Covid insurance.

I would like to leave Belgium 10 december, is that doable or should I plan one week later.

I know I need to wait for pre-approval, book and pay ASQ hotel and buy flight ticket before I can get the COE.

I am fairly stressed to be with partner and her daugther, so are they.

Thanks for advice.

Brussels Thai embassy finally took 8 days and a mail request to send COE, 5 days left to survive the cold here...

I phoned belgian embassy last week and they replied I need 15 working days for the COE.

How long did it take to get your visa with the belgian embassy?

I had an appointment 17 November and picked op passport yesterday 23rd. You must scan your visa to apply for the COE together with the Covid insurance certificate, then wait for pre-approval, then book and pay ASQ hotel + airline ticket.
