Question on O-A visa. It’s saying multiple entry visa. I was under the assumption it was single entry ??

it is but I would get a non-o and extend that a lot less hassle

OA is 1 year multiple entry, you can actually get 2 years out of it if you time your last entry with the expiration date of the visa.
