Hi all,

Please pardon me for my noob question here.

I landed at Bkk airport on September 3rd with a 30 days free visa (US passport holder)

I have a return ticket back home on October 31st. If I were to go to Cambodia for a short 3 days visit, would It be okay if I come back to Bkk on October 2nd? 

Oct 2nd- Oct 31st (total 30)?

yes he can do that also apply in what ever province he is residing in just suggested Pattaya don't believe he has been there before new experience for him personally I don't care where he applies it was a suggestion only he was thinking about doing cambodia he can take a trip to calathumpia for all I care pattaya was just a suggestion but that has seem to upset a few on this page

that is a horrible suggestion. He might fall in love with a bar girl and stay forever. Stay away from Pattaya if you cannot control yourself. ***Not speaking from experience.

you don't have to visit Pattaya to fall in love with a bar girl you can do that anywhere in thailand never been a problem for me fall in love with bar girls for 1 month ever visit I have there and they are in love with me for that month 🤣🤣🤣 let this young bloke experience and enjoy life why you have to spoil his party time 🥳 😁

next thing you know it, he's going to do multiple border runs to Cambodia and phone his parents for money. But I guess he has to learn it the hard way. Stay away from Soi 6.

he can only do 2 land border entries in 1 calendar year but can enter the land of smiles by air as he pleases until the IO infront of him says no luck today your going back home as there is no official limit of entries by air I don't think he needs his parent nothing wrong with soi 6 only problem there is which girl do you choose 🤣🤣🤣

Each time you enter Thailand you'll receive a 30 day visa exempt stamp.

You can also go to your local immigration office and apply for a 30 day extension one time each entry.
