Can I register my friends staying in Thailand using TM30 Section 38 online after obtaining the username and password?

TM30 Section 38 Online Question. If i manage to get the user name and password through (realise i might need to go to CW to hurry this along), will i be able to then register friends staying here? (Friend staying will need to do the 30 day extension on a METV entry, eventually).

I tried registering through the Section 38 app using all the info i know (position - etc. + 'Renter') and the attaching a copy of the first page of the blue book. Sound in order?
