How can you successfully apply for a one-year visa extension in Thailand without multiple trips to the Immigration office?

Just got back from the Nonthaburi Immigration Office. Went in with all of our paper work and then less than two hours later we walked out with our one year visa extensions!

Just ONE trip! No going back and forth to the Immigration office half a dozen times in order to find more documentation that is always missing. No waiting in LONG lines.

In more than 30+ years of living in Thailand, I think this is the first time that has EVER happened. Wow. Happy day.

My wife and I are both USA citizens living here in Thailand for many years.

Right now I have a retirement visa and her visa is a "dependents" visa on mine.

lol I'm 35 so no retirement and Mrs is legally a Mr so no marriage.

I do want to go to school and get ed visa to learn thai though
