TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, you can apply for a visa extension for an additional 30 days after your initial 30-day visa exempt entry. To do this, you need to visit your local Thai immigration office. If you're in Bangkok, go to IT Square in Laksi where the immigration office is located on the 3rd floor. Bring your passport and necessary documents, and be prepared to pay a fee of 1900 Thai baht for the extension. Your eligibility for the visa exempt entry can depend on your nationality, so it's important to check if your passport qualifies.

If you’re in Bangkok, go to IT Square in Laksi. Immigration is on the 3rd floor. Take a left out of the elevator.

There are photo copy places right next to the immigration office, if you need them.

IF you are eligible for the VISA EXEMPT Entry into Thailand, you will get 30 days STAMP on arrival.

That can be extended for ADDED 30 days at your local Thai Immigration office for 1900 Thai baht.

The key to this is your passport nation.

What is your passport nation?

Ask your local Thai immigration office. You can get the 30 day extension. BUT a few offices require it be applied for during the week PRIOR to your current stamped permission to stay date

Just guessing as the most important detail of country of origin of passport is not mentioned.

But when I use my passport, I get 30 days on entry and this can be extended once with another 30 days at Immigration.

So maybe your passport has the same benefits, who knows?
Robert *******
You're lucky, same benefits, 30 days on arrival and possible to extend once with another 30 days at local Immigration office
