Why is my online 90-day reporting application being rejected despite using the same data?

Online 90 day report

Due date is 16/07. Applied online on 3rd but was rejected as "The data you submitted is not valid".

Applied again on the 4th with the same result.

I have applied many times online using the same data (address etc) and have not travelled anywhere in the last 3 months.

Any suggestions what I'm doing wrong?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is experiencing issues with their online application for the 90-day report in Thailand, where multiple attempts are being rejected with a message stating "The data you submitted is not valid." Despite using the same information for previous applications and noting no changes in their status, they are unsure of the reason for the rejections. Suggestions from other users include checking if any new extensions were granted since the last report, as that could affect auto-filled data and the application process. Some suggest visiting immigration in person as a more reliable alternative.

I had 7 approved applications up to Feb 2024, then for no reason I've had 8 rejected since then and none approved, the latest being yesterday but I've also reapplied so I'll see how that goes. I know I input the correct data, I've been within the application window so I'm at a loss as to why they get rejected. ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ On the plus side, it takes me 15mins to go to the drive through and it's done in 2 minutes.

just checked. I was approved every time up until February 2024 as well. My first rejected was in May 2024 and since then it's been one approved, one rejected, one approved , one rejected all the way to present day.

there has to be something wrong with the system. I notice this after the server crashed a couple a few weeks ago.

... even with multiple applications since Feb 24, none have been approved but ๐Ÿคž it works this time!

Best is to just go into immigration and do it then but if you fly out before 90 days are up then it resets.

You have to do the first one In person then you can do them online.

been here since 2018, it's not my first one unfortunately.

One day it will all run smoothly.

Sadly there's no way to tell why they're rejecting your 90 day online application

you haven't gotten a new extension since the last 90 day report have you? if you use previous data, that field auto-fills and if you got a new extension you need to change the year

Other than that, got no idea, ๐Ÿ™

no new extensions, nothing has changed at all. Annoying.

did it work last year? They tried to upgrade the system about 6-9months ago. They were trying to make it fully automated, (instead of a human reviewing it and approving it), but the upgrade didn't work. As a result I had to "reset" my ability to use the online system by doing one 90 day application in person. Following that all was good again with the online system for me. Just a thought.

have you been to your local office and asked them why the submission was rejected. Ive done that where I am and they told me exactly what the issue was.

Regarding previous attempts, 3 months ago it worked fine with the same data etc. Seems random from this end!

no but if my continued attempts keep failing (been resubmitting after every rejection) I will have to go in anyway. Hopefully they will explain the issue ๐Ÿ‘
