Due date is 16/07. Applied online on 3rd but was rejected as "The data you submitted is not valid".
Applied again on the 4th with the same result.
I have applied many times online using the same data (address etc) and have not travelled anywhere in the last 3 months.
Any suggestions what I'm doing wrong?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is experiencing repeated rejections of their online 90-day report application for no clear reason after using the same data repeatedly. Community responses suggest checking for auto-filled fields related to previous extensions, as any updates in personal data could cause issues. Some users recommend visiting the immigration office in person for assistance, while others share similar frustrations with online applications.
I had 7 approved applications up to Feb 2024, then for no reason I've had 8 rejected since then and none approved, the latest being yesterday but I've also reapplied so I'll see how that goes. I know I input the correct data, I've been within the application window so I'm at a loss as to why they get rejected. ๐ค๐คทโโ๏ธ On the plus side, it takes me 15mins to go to the drive through and it's done in 2 minutes.
just checked. I was approved every time up until February 2024 as well. My first rejected was in May 2024 and since then it's been one approved, one rejected, one approved , one rejected all the way to present day.
been here since 2018, it's not my first one unfortunately.
One day it will all run smoothly.
One day....๐

Sadly there's no way to tell why they're rejecting your 90 day online application
you haven't gotten a new extension since the last 90 day report have you? if you use previous data, that field auto-fills and if you got a new extension you need to change the year
did it work last year? They tried to upgrade the system about 6-9months ago. They were trying to make it fully automated, (instead of a human reviewing it and approving it), but the upgrade didn't work. As a result I had to "reset" my ability to use the online system by doing one 90 day application in person. Following that all was good again with the online system for me. Just a thought.
have you been to your local office and asked them why the submission was rejected. Ive done that where I am and they told me exactly what the issue was.

Regarding previous attempts, 3 months ago it worked fine with the same data etc. Seems random from this end!
no but if my continued attempts keep failing (been resubmitting after every rejection) I will have to go in anyway. Hopefully they will explain the issue ๐
