TLDR : Answer Summary
The user seeks advice on how to correctly write their spouse’s name on the Thai e-visa application, given that the name contains an accent and the website does not accept lowercase letters or accents. Comments suggest that the user should enter the name as it appears in the machine-readable zone of the passport, omitting accents and using uppercase letters.

If her name is "xxxx ép xxxx then write xxxx ep xxxx". Just spell it as it in her passport as this guide telling you to do.

We cant write in lowercase and there is an accent .if I write "ep" it s not "ép". 😪 The embassy or Norway says go write exactly as the MRZ. My MRZ is XXXX 🤔

74d0242 the answer. "Fill in your full name as appears in the machine-readable zone (MRZ) at the bottom of the biographic data page of your passport and check if it is correctly spelled."
