TLDR : Answer Summary
The renewal process for your daughter's student visa and your Non-O visa can vary depending on the local immigration office in Thailand. Generally, some offices allow for renewal applications to be made up to 45 days before the expiration, while others may only permit applications 30 days in advance. It is recommended to check with your specific immigration office for their policy. Additionally, for the student visa extension, ensure you have all required documents from the school and consider visiting immigration together with the school administration.

You can not renew visa's at your local Immigration Office.

What you can do is apply for an Extension of Stay based on study for your daughter and therefor she needs most documents from her school, so best option is to contact them and ask them when they will join your daughter to Immigration.

I guess you have a Non Immigrant O visa based on having a child studying in Thailand. As you are depending on her Extension of Stay best is to discuss this also with the school and go all together to Immigration.

Then it is in the period between 45 days before and the date mentioned in the passport as Admitted until ../../..

You will need to ask your local immigration office the question.

Some allow 45 days ...

Others 30 days in advance.

What is your immigration office?
