Apologies if asked before but I am trying to find out how soon I can apply to renew/extend my Non O or retirement visa in Hua Hin. Is it 30 days or 45 days before expiry? I've seen different answers

TLDR : Answer Summary
The application for renewing or extending a Non-O or retirement visa in Hua Hin can typically be done 30 days prior to the visa's expiry. However, some offices may allow up to 45 days in advance. There is some variability based on different immigration office practices.

You’ll see different answers because each office sets their own rules. Most allow 30 days prior, some allow 45 days prior. I do not know the specific rule for HH but I’ve not seen it on a list of the 45 day ones so I suspect it’s 30 days. I’ll let others with specific knowledge of that office to confirm.
