I did search and couldn't find the answer. I have always picked up my annual bank statement and bank certificate the day I go to immigration to extend my retirement visa. How long is the Bank Certificate valid for?
Answer summary
The validity of a Bank Certificate when applying for a retirement visa extension in Thailand can vary by immigration office. Generally, it is valid for 7 days, but many immigration offices require that documents, including bank statements and certificates, be dated on the same day as the application. It is advisable to check directly with the specific immigration office you plan to visit, as some places may have stricter regulations.

Udon Thani immigration requires letter and statement on the day of application.
This is not a standardised rule. Each immigration office has its own set of regulations. In my previous province, the bank statement was valid for a week, but in my current province, it must be dated on the day of application.
The certificate is usually good for a week, but most immigration offices want everything to be dated the day you go there. Just go to your bank as soon as they open, get the papers and go straight to the immigration office from the bank.
At most immigration offices the letter and statements are good for 7 days but the bank book should be updated on the day. But I've seen some immigration offices ask for them all to be on the day so best to check directly with the immigration office you will use
