Hi, if I arrived on a visa exempt 30days,then changed it to a non-'O' retirement, and am currently under the 'consideration period' waiting to do my 1 yr ext. When do I have to start doing the 90days report? Thanks

Hello! I am looking for some input on how to navigate things correctly. My husband, son and I recently arrived in Thailand since I will be teaching here for the next two years. My husband and I recently got married in the states before arriving in Thailand. He is currently on a tourist visa until we can apply for his Non O. In the meantime how does he go about extending the visa for an additional 30days? He has a ticket booked to Singapore but I just want to make sure nothing is missed.

Quick question to the brain trust, is immigration still requiring holders of the LTR visa to bring the original paperwork from the Thai embassy after you already have the stamp in your passport?

Hi, I’m on a non-immigrant B visa right now that will expire on June 30 (I’m not renewing my work contract) I’d like to stay in Thailand for a little bit longer (1-2 months). My questions are:

1. Am I eligible for the covid extension?

2. If I am, what documents do I need apart from a letter from my work?

3. If I decide to stay longer than 2 months are there any options for me after that?
