Has anyone recently applied for the COE with a TR visa? How long did it take to get the COE? I'm trying to work out if it's feasible to bring all my plans forward in order to avoid the change back to 14 days quarantine. Thanks!

TLDR : Answer Summary
A recent inquiry about the time frame for obtaining a Certificate of Entry (COE) with a TR visa for Thailand reveals varied experiences based on the applicant's country of issue. One commenter mentioned receiving their COE in about 2 hours from Saudi Arabia. Another respondent advised that the COE must be issued by April 30 to qualify for arrival before May 5, which would allow for either 7 or 10 days of quarantine instead of 14. The commenter recommended contacting the Thai Embassy in Kuala Lumpur for the most accurate guidance.
