I have applied for my TR Visa and they have posted my passport etc back (have not received yet).
How do I know when and if my Visa has been approved and where do I get the document to then apply for my COE? Do they email, send in the post or do I download from the thaievisa site? Thanks π

TLDR : Answer Summary
After applying for your Thai TR Visa, you will know if it has been approved once your passport is delivered back to you by post. Users advise checking your visa status online through the appropriate Thai government website. Once your visa is approved, you can apply for your Certificate of Entry (COE) via your embassy's website.
Gonna have to disagree with your comment. According to the article:
"The Ministry of Public Health will ask the Centre for Covid-19 Situation Administration (CCSA) "
*WILL ASK*. It's an idea that agency has. It's no different then when the TAT asked the government to approve those travel bubbles.
But I wouldn't be too surprised if they approve it.

Benjamin Hays. I was just relaying a news item that MAY explain any delays. Embassies MAY hold off on issuing new visas pending the outcome of any discussions. I understand it's all pie in the sky until ratified by the government. About a month ago CCSA were ready to go with the 10-day quarantine, and then some Thai ladies decided to come home from Myanmar!
Michael Dawson. That's classic! I'll bet the local police have always dealt with the issues there too! I'm reassured by the last line "Pattayaβs reputation as a World Class Family Destination is still intact". π€£
