TLDR : Answer Summary
The process for obtaining a Certificate of Entry (CoE) for Thai business owners repatriating from European countries typically takes about a week, give or take a few days. This timeline begins once the embassy approves the request for repatriation and informs the individual about the flight arrangements. After booking the flight and completing the necessary COVID-19 test, all required documents must be submitted to the embassy to receive the CoE.

Once embassy approved your request for back to Thailand they will tell you when will have repatriation flight. In case you want to go earlier. They will send your name to the embassy who will arrange the flight. That is for you can book and pay for the flight. Once seat confirm book ASQ. then go for you COVID test. Submit all document to embassy who approved you to travel. The embassy will give you a CoE. All process around 1 week -+ 1-2 days.
