TLDR : Answer Summary
The post inquires about the possibility of applying for several Certificates of Entry (COEs) simultaneously from different countries when the user is unsure about their departure point after obtaining a TR visa for Thailand. Comments suggest that COEs are linked to flight numbers, and having booked flights is necessary. One user advises waiting until the departure location is confirmed, as obtaining a COE is relatively quick for visa holders.

It doesn't take long to get the COE if you already have a visa. So unless you're planning on buying tickets the day of your flight it shouldn't be an issue to just wait until you know where you'll be flying out of.

You need booked flights to receive the COE, as it is Linked to your flight number, which is printed on the CoE. so that sounds like an expensive plan.
