How do you renew a retirement visa in Thailand, especially with considerations for mental or physical disabilities?
Has anyone investigated how you renew your retirement visa or check in if you are mentally or physically disabled? I live in Bangkok. I understand a will or poa or living will etc. helps. If you know anyone who has experienced this, that would be valuable. Please only serious responses.

the 90-days report duty stops the day you exit Thailand. It starts with day number one on the day you re-enter

Your 90-day report automatically resets the moment you leave Thailand. Before leaving: You do NOT need to report online while in the UK.
Upon return: Your new 90-day clock starts on August 14th (your arrival date). Your next report will be due 90 days from that day.
Crucial Note: Just make sure you have a valid Re-entry Permit before you fly out so your current visa stays active! Safe travels!

You just need TM30 made by owner of house, condo or hotel during 24 hours when entering back to Thailand. Then next first 90 day report at Immigration office. After that You can do it online again.

You only file that report when you are physically present in Thailand for 90 consecutive days. So the count will start again with the day you arrive being day 1

90 day report is for 90 "continuous days" in Thailand. If you're not there then it's not a continuous stay. So no need to do. 😊
