How do you renew a retirement visa in Thailand and what are the requirements for disabled individuals?
Has anyone investigated how you renew your retirement visa or check in if you are mentally or physically disabled? I live in Bangkok. I understand a will or poa or living will etc. helps. If you know anyone who has experienced this, that would be valuable. Please only serious responses.

Yes for future reference always book few days on Agoda with relevant dates using their pay later facilities and then cancel before payment due

Did you send pictures of both sides of the ID card? Why get a 60 day tourist visa when you can just enter visa exempt for 60 days?

you won't feature in that book as only Thai people go in it. You should visit your local Amphur once in Thailand with the blue book and ask for a yellow one. Take the deeds with you too

Michael Laws A yellow book is extremely tedious to obtain in Pattaya, and it is of little practical use. Places like banks and the driving licence centre usually want certificates of residence from immigration instead. This is because only the COR will have a recent date on it. Offhand I can't think of anything else that you would use a yellow book for. I've never had one and never really felt any need for one, except that having one would save me 400B a year on my property tax. Not exactly a compelling reason though.

If you mention that you stay at a private house in the application, they will ask for the owners information.
Maybe easier to book a couple of nights in a hotel and use the booking confirmation for the visa application.
