TLDR : Answer Summary
An expat asks if they need to register themselves with a TM30 at Chaeng Wattana immigration upon returning to Bangkok after visiting friends outside the city, after already having filed a TM30 during their stay. They are officially registered with a Bangkok address in their own condo.
