Hello all

I live in Rayong and have just read about the tm 30 my wife registered on line and were waiting for a password etc, is there a number we can ring to get this ,,,,

and that is the main and most valid gripe that foreigners have with the TM30 program. There is NO across the board policy on how it is enforced.

Each of the 70+ immigration offices in the country seem to make up their own policy on how they are enforcing it :(

did you go to the website, click the register tab, click the check status tab, enter the data required and see what the status of your application is?

Other than an approval or a request for more information they don't tell you if you're denied.

Check the status FIRST, then call the number listed on the screen

It is amazing,, My wife(Thai) registered last week (I am Canadian just moved here ) We received the password and username within 4 hrs
