How can my friend resolve an issue with a short stay on their TR visa in Thailand?

Hello

Please help.

My friend came with TR visa two month today.

He didn’t check the stamp there. Now I found out they only gave him 2 weeks which is free visa for our country. How can we fix this? We are desperate. Thank you .

 go back to Suvarnabhumi Airport, check in with customer service. This happens quite a lot,

they'll correct the stamp, shouldn't take more than 15 minutes or so

What is your friends passport nation?

Did they buy a Tourist Visa before they arrived?

 Suvarnabhumi Airport. Myanmar. yes we did apply TR 2 month at TH embassy in our country.

yes. got Sticker here. They just gave the freee entry stamp on the page before visa sticker.

Is there was ..go back to BKK airport and ask to see Thai immigration. If there was a stamped in error they can correct it
