What should I do if my one year Non-Immigrant B Visa was incorrectly stamped for only 45 days?

Just entered Thailand on my one year B Visa non immigrant multiple type but immigration officer stamped on my passport only 45 days stays as TR Visa and crossed on my visa as Last entry 18th April 2023 but my visa valid till December 21st 2023. He thought it was single entry tourist Visa.

I just seen after come out from the air port.

I supposed to get 90 days to stay ok same as before but now allowed me only 45 days and cross by a pen on my one year Visa.

Please advise me where and how to solve this issue?

I think you will go to Chang wattana to get it converted but make sure you have all your paper work .. it happened to me ..but when I took all the relevant paperwork all sorted no issues..

Already solved, went to Suvarnabhum 2nd flr, tourist police counter, they called one immigration officer and sort out within 10 mnts, really quick and faster.

So the 45 day exempt stamp is now back to 30 days which can be extended for 30 more at his local immigration office

You needed to stamp back in by December 21 2022 to get the last 90 days

You need to go back to the airport and have the stamp corrected.

If that’s a long way away you may be able to get the stamp corrected at a local immigration office, but not all will.

You’ll get it corrected way faster at the airport you used. Otherwise you’ll spend hours at CW trying to get it sorted
