Hello guys I own a us llc and a UK LTD I want to apply for dtv visa how can I write myself an employment contract and is it important to get a salary? In the 6 years I own my business I never send myself a salary but just sometimes random amounts of dividends to myself could this be a problem? Is anyone here with a similar situation that got his dtv visa approved? Thank you in advance

maybe I will just send my business account statement as it’s written in my name on the statements and the income is middle 6 figures in euros every year

That's ok to send for proof of business but the 500k THB must be in a personal bank statement not a business account. You do need to send a letter detailing you are the owner and can work remotely in Thailand.
