Hello guys I own a us llc and a UK LTD I want to apply for dtv visa how can I write myself an employment contract and is it important to get a salary? In the 6 years I own my business I never send myself a salary but just sometimes random amounts of dividends to myself could this be a problem? Is anyone here with a similar situation that got his dtv visa approved? Thank you in advance

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about writing an employment contract to apply for a Digital Nomad Visa (DTV) while owning a US LLC and a UK LTD. They question the necessity of a salary since they have primarily paid themselves dividends instead of a regular salary throughout their business ownership. Responses suggest that there is no minimum income requirement for the DTV, and business owners receiving dividends have successfully obtained the visa.
ChatGPT will sort the contract out for you. There is no minimum income requirement for the DTV, business owners in receipt of dividends have been approved for the DTV.
maybe I will just send my business account statement as it’s written in my name on the statements and the income is middle 6 figures in euros every year
That's ok to send for proof of business but the 500k THB must be in a personal bank statement not a business account. You do need to send a letter detailing you are the owner and can work remotely in Thailand.
