I need to know if any of you have applied for a DTV with proof of 500,000 baht and were able to sponsor a partner without needing to prove an additional 500,000 baht for them. Is it possible to apply this way? Has anyone tried it? Where?

You can't sponsor a partner, only a spouse. You must be legally married and most but not all consulates will want to see double the money
