Can I request an E-Visa page for an already issued DTV Visa?
Hello. May I know if I can request E Visa page for already issued DTV Visa? Because I got mine before they change to E-Visa system. So I only have Visa Stamp in my passport.
What happened is the bank asked me to provide E-Visa page to open bank account (ttb).
Although I had explained why I don’t have E Visa they keep asking for it. The Visa stamp in my passport is not enough for them.

What do you understand by a stamp ? Before the e-Visa system was introduced, there were stickers. Nice colorful beautiful stickers the size of a passport page. Do you have a sticker like this in your passport?

Log into you Thai evisa account should be able to get it there

Ask to see the branch manager and explain you received your DTV before they launched the eVisa online system, that is why you have a stamp in your passport. What does he want you to do? 🤷🏿♀️
Also check at the Thai consulate it was issued at and ask them if they can provide you with an official letter from them confirming this so you can present it to the bank. Give the Thai consulate the name of the bank, branch To who it may concern and get them to officially stamp it ..if necessary then take to bank..if that proves the only way forward GL

Did you get an email stating your visa was approved? Do you mean you have a visa STICKER in your passport?
