Transfer visa from 1 passport to another ( same nationality - ED visa, int. student)

I need to get my visa transferred from one passport to another since my old one gonna expire very soon.

Got a few questions:

1. Which counter at Chaengwattana it needs to get done?

2. Does it cost anything?

3. Is there a document from the embassy needed or I can simply go with my 2 passports and get things done?

Many thanks in advance :)

TLDR : Answer Summary
To transfer your ED visa from one passport to another in Thailand, you need to visit Chaengwattana Immigration Office at the same counter where you obtained your ED visa extension (which is counter N). Bring your old and new passports, as well as the letter you received when you got your new passport, and make sure to have any necessary photocopies. The process is free of charge.

Take the letter you got when you received your new passport, your old passport, and you need the following copies.

You go to the same counter that you got your ED visa extension from (so at Chaengwattana it's counter N). They'll give you the form at the information desk, it's free
