TLDR : Answer Summary
To transfer a visa stamp from your old passport to your new one in Thailand, you need to visit the same immigration office where you obtained your visa extension. If you got an education (ED) visa extension at Chaeng Wattana, you should go to Counter N there to perform the transfer.

ONE FINAL TIME. You get the stamps moved to a new passport in the same section where you got your ED visa extension <- meaning IF you got the ED visa extension at Chaengwattana you go to Counter N to get the stamps moved.

You need the following copies to get the stamps moved to your new passport. AND you go to the same section where you got your extension done (so if you're on an ED visa extension from bangkok that's Chaengwattana Section N)

So you do not have a visa, but a one year extension of stay. What's the extension of stay reason? You would use the same counter as you got the extension of stay.

Do you have an ED visa, OR an extension of stay based on studying?

IF you have an ED visa, there's nothing you need to do.

IF you have an extension of stay based on studying, then you would go to Changwattana, Counter N.
