Sort of a general day to day life in Thailand question, if that's ok.
About monthly water utility bills to Juristic in condo, they don't accept cash & only use QR scan prompt pay, as is their policy.
True money & tag Thai don't work for this type of QR it seems.
Without being overly reliant on a Thai friend every month to pay on your behalf, how are you paying for your monthly water bill to condo Juristic since DTV not allowed Thai bank acct?
Thank you

Perhaps you can pay them like 1000 baht once instead of pennies every month.
You can pay via TrueMoney if you verify your account by uploading a pic of your entry stamp + DTV printout. Also, you can conveniently top up 30,000+ THB at special True Money Wallet machines at the physical True stores (the phone carrier company) though these are unfortunately much harder to find than 7-Eleven. Convenient online top-up via linking a foreign credit card seems to still not be an option as of now unfortunately.
Rinse and repeat cycle; 1) Rejected DTV applications, 2) Almost denied entry with DTV and 3) Can't pay bills because DTV prevents opening Thai bank account.
