I want to say thank you to you all who have helped me so much and gave me the advise for bot giving up...

I finally have a bank account on my name which took forever since i dont have a work permit... thank you all... without this group... a lot of us would be wondering around with no clue what so ever.......thank you

There are to many banks with to many branches in to many cities. I do not think this is the place to discuss which branch of which bank in which city did help the OP. Or all you all willing to become his neighbor.
