I would start looking at the websites of the thai consulates in the area and see if you can get a visa from them. I looked at a few and most of them have Iraq as a restricted country and you can't use the consulate..

IF you hold an iraqi passport it takes 4 weeks to get a visa from the thai consulate in Kuala Lumpur
